I am a bit nervous about this weeks running schedule.
Taking last week off will HURT a bit.
Monday run 4 miles
Tuesday run 4 miles sprint wk out
Wednesday 5 miles Pete class
Thursday 4 miles sprint wk out Pete class
Friday 16th 4.5 miles Kari's set up scrapbooking swag
Saturday 17th~St. Patty's Day Kari's Scrap Book until 6ish
